With just one hand like a hamburger! “Onigiri Burger” is a fusion of Japanese and American culture

“Onigiri Burger” is a Japanese hamburger made with "nori," or crispy seaweed and "rice" instead of buns. Based on our concept "MAKE FOR YOU," we offer "freshly prepared" ones with our heart.

OnigiriBurger's entire menu has been created by the owner of Sushi Kizuna, a popular sushi restaurant in Kyobashi, Osaka that is difficult to get a reservation at. From rice and nori, to all ingredients and even seasonings, all are carefully selected with the pride of the famous sushi professional. Now you can enjoy this authentic "Japanese food" with your hand, just like as casual as a hamburger.

An unlimited variety of the menu! Kobe Beef items are HOT.

You can see how Onigiri Burger is filled with such delicious seasonal ingredients and stuff to go so well with our special "rice" and "nori."
The items made with the finest “Kobe beef” are very popular!
The new item to our Kobe beef menu is the Stake burger, in addition to our famous SUKIYAKI burger, only at Kansai International Airport, along with the 10 items including Atsuage Tofu Cutlet, Plump Prawn, Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Yakiniku, and etc.

”Rice, Nori, and all Ingredients,” carefully selected by the famous sushi professional.

"Onigiri Burger" is made with uncompromising ingredients including rice, nori, and even seasonings.
For the “Rice” - we use “Koshihikari” brand, grown sweet in a very traditional rice farm in Harie district, Shiga prefecture, with its natural spring water awarded as “the 100 best water of the Heisei era.”
For the “Nori” crispy seaweed - we use “Ariake Sea #2” for its crispy texture with special flavor from the sea water rich in minerals and amino acid. It goes so well with our rice, freshly cooked.
