Access

Please use the boarding and disembarking lanes for pickups and drop-offs.

Parking is not permitted in the boarding and disembarking lanes.

If you need to park, please use a nearby parking lot (free for up to 30 minutes).

When exiting the parking lot, please insert your card into the parking lot pre-payment machine or the payment machine at the exit as follows.
1. Insert your parking ticket and/or service coupons
2. Press the "Use KIX-ITM Card discount" button
3. Insert your card once the card slot opens. *Make sure to insert the card with the white side facing up.

There are around two buses per hour running during the observation hall's opening hours (one bus per hour depending on the time of day).

To get on the Shinkansen, you first need to go to Shin-Osaka Station.

By train:
Take the Nankai Electric Railway from Kansai Airport Station to Nankai Namba Station, then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and take the train to Shin-Osaka Station.
If you take the JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service, you should go from Kansai Airport Station to Tennoji Station, then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to board the train to Shin-Osaka Station.

By bus:
Take the Kansai Airport Transportation Enterprise (KATE) Shuttle Bus from Kansai Airport to Umeda (Herbis Osaka), then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to board the train to Shin-Osaka Station.
