After repeated trials and errors to recreate the secret Edomae donburi sauce in the cookbook that Hannosuke left behind, and which was never shared with anyone, we finally achieved the perfect bowl of tendon. This tendon, stylish and hearty, is the very embodiment of Edomae “chic.” Kanekohannosuke Nihonbashi Tendon was born out of our desire to make this Edomae tendon available to many people at an affordable price.
