There are several ways to get to Kyoto from Kansai Airport. JR Haruka Express or the airport shuttle bus will take you to Kyoto Station without having to transfer.

To get on the Shinkansen, you first need to go to Shin-Osaka Station.

By train:
Take the Nankai Electric Railway from Kansai Airport Station to Nankai Namba Station, then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and take the train to Shin-Osaka Station.
If you take the JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service, you should go from Kansai Airport Station to Tennoji Station, then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to board the train to Shin-Osaka Station.

By bus:
Take the Kansai Airport Transportation Enterprise (KATE) Shuttle Bus from Kansai Airport to Umeda (Herbis Osaka), then transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to board the train to Shin-Osaka Station.

The exchange location varies depending on the place of purchase. Please check the exchange location listed in the email you received when you purchased your ticket.

For example, your exchange location may be the Kansai Tourist Information Center on the south side of the 1st floor or outside of the 2nd floor of Nankai Electric Railway Kansai Airport Station.

You can pick it up at the JR ticket office at the JR Kansai Airport Station outside the 2nd floor of Terminal 1.

*The office or counter you need to visit may differ depending on the travel agency you booked it through. Please check your confirmation email for information about your reservation.

The bus departs from bus stop number 12 outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1.

You can purchase them at the JR or Nankai Electric Railway Kansai Airport Station outside the 2nd floor of the 1st Terminal Building.

If you already have one, you can charge it there as well.

The Rapi:t Express is a Nankai Electric Railway limited express train that runs between Namba and Kansai Airport.

You can board the train at Nankai Kansai Airport Station, located outside the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 Building.

There are around two buses per hour running during the observation hall's opening hours (one bus per hour depending on the time of day).

The bus departs from bus stop number 12 outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1.

Emirates staff will be on hand to guide you in front of the North Arrivals Gate on the 1st floor or in front of the North Arrivals Clock Tower on the 1st floor in Terminal 1.

Bus stops are located outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1 and in Terminal 2.

Terminal 1 has P1 and P2 (multi-level parking), as well as P3 and P4 (flat parking). The third floor of P1 and P2 is connected to the second floor of Terminal 1 (P1 is to the south, and P2 is to the north).
Passengers using Terminal 2 should use parking lots P5 or P6,

Article 16-2 of the 'Kansai International Airport General Parking Lot Management Regulations' applies, and the parking fee will be reduced by half.

Even without a reservation, you may park in any available space on the day of your arrival at the airport.  

There are parking lots next to each terminal building (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2).

Insert your parking ticket into the payment machine, press the "KIX-ITM Card Discount" button, and then insert your KIX-ITM card.

When the discounted price is displayed, pay with cash or credit card.

When leaving the parking lot, insert your parking ticket into the payment machine, press the "KIX-ITM Card Discount" button and insert your KIX-ITM card.
Next, press the "Use Flight Points" button, confirm the discounted fare displayed, and pay.

It is a benefit offered to KIX-ITM card holders that allows them to park at the airport for free for 24 hours by spending 40 points.

Parking is not permitted in the boarding and disembarking lanes. If you need to park, please use the parking lot (free for up to 30 minutes).

[Terminal 1] 1st floor (arrivals) / 4th floor (departures) boarding and disembarking lanes
[Terminal 2] Inside the 5th parking lot (P5).

If you are using Terminal 1 (P1-P4), the discount will be applied when you pay at the manned booth at the parking lot exit when you leave.
If you are using Terminal 2 (P5, P6), please pick up your discount coupon at the Domestic Flights Information Desk in Terminal 2. Please present your parking ticket and disability certificate to staff.
*Parking tickets with "Shinwari" printed on them have already been processed for the discount. The discount will be automatically applied when you insert your parking ticket into the payment machine. .

When exiting the parking lot, please insert your card into the parking lot pre-payment machine or the payment machine at the exit as follows.
1. Insert your parking ticket and/or service coupons
2. Press the "Use KIX-ITM Card discount" button
3. Insert your card once the card slot opens. *Make sure to insert the card with the white side facing up.

Parking is not permitted in the boarding and disembarking lanes.

There is a dedicated space near the entrance of Parking Lot No. 1 (P1).

There are no motorcycle parking spaces at Terminal 2, so please use Parking Lot 1.

A free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 is available.

The 4th floor of parking lot No. 1 (P1) is the reservation-only space.

There is one located across the crosswalk outside the 1st floor of the Terminal 1 building.
Another one is located outside the international terminal in the Terminal 2 building.
If taxis are not waiting at Terminal 2, please use the dispatch phone located near the taxi stand to request one.

Please purchase your ticket at the "High-Speed Ferry Ticket Counter" at Kansai Airport, and board the special bus bound for the port terminal.

The international cargo area is divided into "Phase 1 (on the south side of the Terminal 1 Building)" and "Phase 2 (on the south side of the Terminal 2 Building)", both of which can be accessed by car or island bus (Nankai Bus).
Reservations must be made in advance, so please register for an "International Cargo Zone One-time Entry Permit."
