Izumi-sano City charges a fee for using the airport access bridge (100 yen per round trip; in effect from 12AM March 30, 2013).
Important Information for Passengers
For customers dropping off and picking up passengers
Parking is prohibited in front of Terminal 1. Please use parking lots 1 to 4 for dropping off and picking up passengers.
The drop-off/pick-up area in front of Terminal 2 is located in parking lot 5. Please temporarily park your vehicle at parking lot 5.

For customers dropping off and picking up passengers using the high-speed ferry
Passengers using the high-speed ferry take the shuttle bus to go to and come from the pier at the ferry terminal because it is banned to go to the pier by cars including a taxi and on foot.
The shuttle bus departs from and arrives at the bus stop of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, so please drop off and pick up passengers at the Terminal buildings.
For Customers Using Private Parking Operators
The transfer of vehicles and any business activities conducted by parking operators not authorized by Kansai Airport Co., Ltd. are strictly prohibited in the vicinity of the terminal curbside (vehicle pick-up/drop-off areas).
The unauthorized occupation of curbside areas by these illegal private parking operators is rampant and is obstructing access for our general customers.
Please use only authorized private parking operators. We appreciate your cooperation.

Inter-terminal Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle bus runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 from AEROPLAZA. (Travel time: 7–9 minutes)
