The toppings are also authentic, with a fried egg, cabbage, beni-shoga pickled ginger, powdered bonito tuna, mayonnaise, and okonomiyaki sauce along with a patty made of a blend of beef and pork, all sandwiched between two miniature okonomiyakis.
