Where are the restrooms available for service dogs?
We have restrooms available that can accommodate service dogs. Please be sure to bring puppy pads (pee pads) or similar items when using these restrooms

Elevators are equipped with control panels that are accessible for wheelchair users, and there are multi-purpose restrooms (wheelchair-accessible) next to almost all standard restrooms.
There is no designated place to get a tax refund in Kansai Airport. If the store where you made your purchase has a refund counter, you can apply for a refund there. *Purchases must exceed a certain amount.
Is there a place to sit? (after international security check)
There are chairs available in the area after the walk-through duty-free shop (the PLAZA area) and near the gates.

There are wheelchair-accessible elevators located in the center of Terminal 1 (on the paths continuing from Door D and Door E). Please refrain from using carts on the 3rd floor as the aisles are narrow.
Is there a place to weigh my luggage?
There are two places to weigh luggage on the 4th floor (the International Departures Floor) of the Terminal 1 Building. (In front of check-in counters C and F)
