You can take advantage of the "Exciting Kansai Airport Tour Plan." Currently, the service is only available for groups (advance reservation required).

The planes can be seen from the Observation Hall, at both ends of the 1st and 4th floors of the Terminal 1 Building, or from KIX Sora Park next to Terminal 2.

The passenger terminal buildings are equipped with elevators, wheelchair-accessible escalators, and ramps, allowing access to all floors.
Elevators are equipped with control panels that are accessible for wheelchair users, and there are multi-purpose restrooms (wheelchair-accessible) next to almost all standard restrooms.

Am I allowed to bring animals into the passenger terminal?

As a general rule, airport management regulations prohibit pets (except for guide dogs, service dogs, etc.) in the passenger terminal building. If you are bringing pets, please keep them in a cage or hold them in your arms at all times. Additionally, when moving pets or allowing them to relieve themselves in parking lots or other areas, please be considerate of other customers.

Would it be possible to take a tour of the terminal?

Visitors are welcome to stay in the general area (which is open to all) for the purpose of viewing. Please be considerate and avoid disturbing other visitors

Is it allowed to wait for celebrities or entertainers at the airport

Kansai International Airport prohibits any actions that may impede the safe use of its facilities by visitors. This includes waiting on the premises for the appearance of celebrities or other public figures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
