Before you register your lost item;
- For items left in the areas listed below, please contact the respective direct inquirie(s).

- Available languages : Japanese and English
- We will only respond to you when the item has kept in our property.
How to return the item;
- Please note that we do not ship outside Japan.
- The owner of the lost item may return to the airport to pick it up or may approve someone else, in writing, to do so.
Items can be shipped back to the owner at the owner’s expense.(In Japan ONLY)
