1. Greeting
Peace of mind with concierge greeting
If you arrive by car, we will greet you at Terminal 1st floor "VIP Exclusive Entrance (Driveway)" or at the 4th floor vehicle drop-off area. If you arrive by train, we will meet you at the ticket gate, and if you arrive by bus, we will meet you at the drop-off point.

2. Procedure Support
Smooth departure with reliable support
We escort you to the airline check-in counter and provide support for the procedures.
3. Escort to Security Check and Departure Inspection Areas
Smooth movement with optimal route guidance
At the security checkpoint, you can use the fast lane, and at the departure inspection area, you can use the priority lane.
* Depending on congestion conditions, we may guide you to general lanes.
♦You can use fast lanes and priority lanes.
4. Shopping Support
Comfortable shopping experience with professional support
We will guide you according to your wishes for shopping and dining from after security check until boarding. At KIX directly-operated duty-free shops, VIP-exclusive shopping consultants provide shopping support and smooth payment at fast registers.
We also provide a 5% discount (*some products excluded from discount) as a special offer.

5. Lounge Guidance
Refresh in the lounge during waiting time until boarding
We will guide you to the lounge that opened in March this year. In addition to enjoying meals and beverages, you can enjoy a satisfying space and services including free Wi-Fi, shower rooms, and massage chairs.

6. Guidance to Boarding Gate
Safe support and send-off until boarding and departure
We carefully escort you to the boarding gate at boarding start time. Even for first-time users, we promise a smooth departure with professional support.

A concierge will greet you at the arrival gate and escort you to just before the CIQ area (customs, immigration, quarantine).
* For quarantine, immigration, and customs inspections upon entry, we ask that customers handle procedures themselves.
2. Escort to Quarantine, Immigration, and Customs
Smooth movement with optimal route guidance
At the immigration area, you can use the priority lane.
* Quarantine and customs use general lanes, and depending on congestion conditions, we may also guide you to general lanes at the immigration area.
* We cannot provide escort within the customs inspection area, so the concierge will greet you again at the arrival exit (arrival lobby).

3. Guidance to Onward Travel
Smooth departure with reliable support
The concierge will greet you again at the arrival exit (arrival lobby) and escort you according to your transportation method. For onward travel by car, we guide you to the 1st floor VIP Exclusive Entrance (Driveway) or vehicle pickup area. For travel by train, we guide you to the ticket gate. For travel by bus, we guide you to the bus station.
