We are pleased to announce the commencement of the KIX Concierge Service, effective April 1, 2025 !
We offer guide services for International departures and arrivals .When using international departures, Our guides greet passengers and escort them through the boarding procedure and security check and lead them to the boarding gate.We invite departing passengers to relax in our lounge until their departures.
When using international arrivals, we will greet you at the arrival gate and escort you to your transportation spot of their choice .
* Please note that you will need to complete the immigration inspection, quarantine, and customs procedures yourself upon arrival. The concierge will greet you again at the arrival exit (arrival lobby).
Additionally, starting from May 1st, 2025, we will implement price revisions due to the expansion of the escort area.
The revised prices will apply to usage dates on or after May 1st, 2025. For more details, please refer to the service information leaflet.
*Please note that upon arrival, you will need to complete the immigration inspection, quarantine, and customs procedures on your own. The concierge will accompany you from the arrival gate to the immigration, quarantine, and customs area. However, please be aware that escorting inside the customs area is not possible. The concierge will greet you again at the arrival exit (arrival lobby).
