Customers Requiring Assistance
Toilets are available that can be used with assistance dogs.
Please have your own pee pads ready when your pets need to use the toilet.
Three are available in the South Arrivals Area and four are available in the North Arrivals Area.

For Guests Who Need Assistance
Kansai International Airport can provide assistance to help guests make their way around the airport, for comfort and peace of mind.
However, we ask that the following assistance be provided by guests' own attendants:
- Assistance in restrooms (getting onto/off of toilet, expelling waste, etc.)
- Assistance with changing clothes
- Assistance with meals
- Assistance that will take more time than generally considered reasonable
