The luggage that passengers bring to the airport can be divided into two types: “carry-on luggage” and “checked luggage.”
There are prohibited items that cannot be shipped on an aircraft as well as restricted items that cannot be brought aboard an aircraft. For a smooth boarding process, prepare your luggage by checking for these items before coming to the airport.

Proceed to your gate area early after checking your boarding pass and gate number on the flight board. Directly board your aircraft from the boarding gate or ride the bus.

Connecting flights within Terminal 1
Check the gate number on your boarding pass and any other boarding information, then proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight.
* Depending on your itinerary or airplane-ticket-related rules, you may have to follow certain procedures for some flights.
* This applies to passengers who have completed “through check-in” (check-in to the final destination). Please confirm with your airline at check-in whether additional procedures are required.
Arrivals of international flights are at the 1st floor in Terminal 1 Building.
Passengers on Peach , JejuAir and Spling Airlines flights arrive at the Terminal 2 Building.
Proceed to the domestic flight departure floor at the 2nd floor in Terminal 1 Building for domestic flights (other than Peach).
Proceed to Terminal 2 Building (domestic flights) for domestic flights (Peach).
Use the free shuttle bus for transfers between terminals.
Available after leaving the Arrivals Exit
Depending on the flight, you will either board the airplane directly at the gate or board a bus to the airplane.
Additionally, depending on the airline that you are connecting to, there may be additional procedures required, or you may need to exit through the arrivals gate and go through departure procedures once again. Please contact the airline for details.
