Arrival process
Proceed through the arrivals terminal
There are two options for your transfer: a direct connection from the aircraft to the terminal, or a transfer by shuttle bus.
Collect checked baggage
Check your airline and flight number on the guide board and retrieve your luggage at the luggage handover area.

Available after exiting the arrivals area
Proceed through the arrivals terminal
Checking the floor map in advance will allow you to move through the airport smoothly.
Complete quarantine & immigration procedures
After disembarking from the aircraft, please complete quarantine and immigration procedures.
If you have already registered the required information on "Visit Japan Web" and created a QR code, please scan your QR code and passport at an integrated kiosk after arrival.
(Location of the integrated kiosks : Immigration inspection area and arrival shuttle stations)
Japanese
Japanese nationals should proceed to the "Walk-through Gate*" based on your screening results.
Foreign
Foreign nationals should proceed to the route determined by the integrated kiosk.
※The Walk-through Gate can be passed using facial recognition.
Traditional inspection booths with immigration officers, facial recognition gates, and fingerprint recognition gates are also available. Please refer to the page below for details.

Check your airline and flight number on the information board and retrieve your luggage at the luggage handover area.
Passengers bringing fruit, vegetables, meat products, etc. into Japan must have these items inspected.
Is your baggage lost or damaged?
Complete customs inspection & declaration
Proceed to customs inspection with your baggage and submit your declaration form(s) and other required documents.
For Visit Japan Web users
Please proceed to the route determined by the integrated kiosk or customs kiosk (electronic declaration gate* or staffed customs booth).
*Electronic declaration gates support facial recognition
Paper-based declaration
Carry your luggage and proceed to customs inspection. Submit your customs declaration form.
You may be questioned or inspected by customs officials.
