I often see some passenger car parks in the 2nd truck waiting area. If it's contracted, please make the position clear. If it's illegal parking, please take some measures.

I couldn't apply the staff parking lot because the phone number on the signboard in the parking lot was wrong.

Want to top up Nankai Bus Nacchi Card in Cargo Area

After we talked with Nankai Bus, we received this answer. "In the cargo area, it is difficult to decide the location and install the charging machine because customers are used at each bus stop. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please use the charging machine on the bus.”

There‘s not enough parking lot.

We apologize for the inconvenience because the first parking lot is full. There is a temporary parking lot next to the in-flight meal factory, which is available and can be contracted. As for the monthly parking lot for company cars, there are vacant spaces in various places in the international cargo area, so please use this as well.

Please develop an hourly rent parking lot for visitors to Cargo Area with reasonable price and easy access to each facility.

Due to space limitations, it is not for each shed, but the first parking lot has an hourly rental fee, so please use it (free for the first 30 minutes). However, it also serves as a regular parking lot for employees, and we apologize for any inconvenience if the car park is full.

Please develop parking lot on the second floor of International Cargo Parking Lot (in front of the International Post Office).

The temperature in the warehouse exceeds 40℃ in summer. Measures are being taken at each warehouse, but please consider the installation of air conditioners or subsidies to improve the working environment.

We recognize the importance of improving the working environment. It will take time, but we will think about it.

Cargo volume exceeds the capacity of the warehouse. If there is a shared storage space with a roof, it prevents the cargo from getting wet and it can improve the quality of service.

We understand that there is a need for a shared temporary cargo storage space and a sorting area, but we are not able to provide it because of lack of space. We would like to consider it when Cargo Area is reorganized in the future.

There are some people talking and taking up chairs in the break rooms.

Some people eat and drink on the sofa in the women's lounge on the 3rd floor of the second agency building. It also seems some people occupy their lagguage while they are not using.

Eating and drinking is prohibited on the sofa bed, as it is unsanitary to give priority to those who are not feeling well. I often see the elevator in the 2nd agent bldg stops without anybody because someone put "open longer" button. Please do something for it.

We found the situation as well, so we posted a POP not to use the button except when necessary. In addition, we found the door closes more quickly than usual. We adjusted it so that you don't need to use the button. Thank you for your idea.

Some security staffs use the 2nd break room like their office and they do not turn off their wireless. They might not have their office, but I don't feel comfortable with it. I would like a ladies break room.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As a result of the investigation, we found a security company had the staff so we asked them not to do something like other people feel uncomfortable. We refurbished the 2nd break room in March 2022, and posted some requests for users on the wall to improve manners. We have a ladies break room on the 3rd floor of the 2nd agent bldg, and refurbished it as well, so you can use them more comfortably.

There is no restrooms on the first floor around the Cargo Agent Building. Please develop.

There is a toilet in in the central area of the 1st floor.

We have been renovating employee relaxing rooms and shower rooms. We would like to think more about the refreshment space.

We received more same ideas from more than a few workers and installed reclined chairs and hammock in the 2nd break room in March 2022.

We have been improving employee relaxing rooms and shower rooms and introduced trial office deli. Since the refreshment space is necessary for employees, we will consider it further.

Want an elevator on the other side of the Agent Building.

We would like to consider it with future facility renovation.

Umbrella rental service

We would like to grasp the demand first and let us consider it.

If it rains, the floor becomes slippery in Skywalk. Want it to be made of non-slip material. Or if there is a rain shield, that would be good.

Want a cashless vending machine. Carrying coins just for the vending machine.

We have informed vending machine operators that there is a demand for cashless vending machines in Cargo Area. We are going to request cashless vending machine in the place where the demand is relatively high. We appreciate it if you could let us know which vending machine you are pointing out. 

Please renovate the relaxing room of Agent Building No.3. Chairs and desks are deteriorated.

We considered your idea and refurbished the 2nd break room and ladies break room in March 2022.

Please install an escalator between Nankai bus stop and KIX Station.

There is no signal of au or Softbank in the Island 2. We are having troubles since Flight Radar App can’t be used.

We receive several requests. It will take time, but we would like to study on it. 

Please install alcohol disinfection at restrooms.

Alcohol disinfectant is installed at the entrance from outside and at the entrance of the relaxing rooms, and each company install them at the entrance by themselves. Now we don’t install alcohol disinfectant at restrooms since we believe people wash hands properly in the restrooms. If we receive many similar requests, we will consider it.  

Please install eaves at Gate 55. When we pass I/D card, rains come in and we get wet.

It will take time but let us consider it. 

Please install a vending machine for freshly ground coffee in relaxing room. And please expand the floor of the relaxing room since it is full.

・We discussed with the vendor about the cup type vending machine, but it’s discontinued due to sanitary problems. We will expand varieties such as by introducing office Glico.
・As for the relaxing room at Agent Building No.2., we are currently reducing the number of seats in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and it may be full sometimes. We will increase the number of seats when the situation gets better.

Please install restrooms in the second parking lot in front of the fueling area. Cadillac closes in the evening, and we have no choice but to go to a convenience store, and it’s troublesome to find a place to park a truck.
