貨物地区行きのバスダイヤ、電車の時間とバスのダイヤが連動していない。
朝はスムーズだが昼間は10分以上待ち、始発なのに直前まで搭乗できない。退社時も走らないと電車に間に合わない、もしくは20分近く電車を待つ。会社の玄関を出てからバスに乗り、関西空港駅から電車が出発するまで、45分以上かかる場合があり、改善してほしい。

The bus schedule for the Cargo Area and the train schedule are not linked.
It is linked in the morning, but we have to wait for more than 10 minutes in the daytime. Even though it is the first bus stop, we need to wait for getting on the bus until just before the departure. When we leave the office, we run to catch the bus, otherwise we have to wait for the train for almost 20 minutes. Leaving the office, taking the bus and waiting for the train to depart from KIX Station, this process sometimes takes more than 45 minutes. Please improve this.

南海バス様に相談したところ、下記の回答をいただいておりますので報告申し上げます。『バスの時刻設定においては、各便において電車との乗り継ぎを考慮はしておりますが、JR線および南海線双方の全ての列車を考慮することは難しい現状にございます。今回頂いたご意見は今後のダイヤ作成の際の参考とさせていただきます。今後とも南海バスをよろしくお願い申し上げます。』

Due to the closure of the former ANA import warehouse, we can’t pass through the former ANA warehouse from the 2nd floor passage of the JALKAS warehouse toward CKTS. That is inconvenient. Detouring from the Cargo Agent Building  No.2 is necessary even on days of intense heat, extreme cold, heavy rain, typhoons and bad weather. Operation efficiency decreases due to travel time, making it unsuitable for air cargo operation.

As for the former ANA import warehouse, we are discussing with the owner of the facility how to use it in the future. As for the passing of the facility, we have been receiving such requests that hoping to pass of the facility like before, and we will consult with the owner to realize it in the way to use the facility in the future. 

As for the signal next to International Post Office, please install an arrow signal or a time difference signal at the signal (right turn) for the direction to the Airport Station from the bus stop (in front of the post office). There is a lot of traffic from the Island 2 and cars from that direction take priority on the road. So only one or two cars, making a right turn from the bus stop, can pass through this signal. During commuting hours, it causes traffic jams beyond the bus stop.

We would like to understand the current situation first and let us consider how to deal with it.

Warehouse trucks make long waiting line. It interferes with the traffic of other vehicles and the safe operations. Is it possible to make it one-way from Export Warehouse Building No.1 to JAL Export Warehouse?

The soap dispenser and water in the hand-washing area in the agency building restroom did not respond well.

It's not easy to understand the marking on the air conditioning control door. I think there should be not only open and close, but also push and pull.

Some people eat and drink on the sofa in the women's lounge on the 3rd floor of the second agency building. It also seems some people occupy their lagguage while they are not using.

Eating and drinking is prohibited on the sofa bed, as it is unsanitary to give priority to those who are not feeling well. I often see the elevator in the 2nd agent bldg stops without anybody because someone put "open longer" button. Please do something for it.

We found the situation as well, so we posted a POP not to use the button except when necessary. In addition, we found the door closes more quickly than usual. We adjusted it so that you don't need to use the button. Thank you for your idea.

Even in the pandemic situation, some foreigners and security staffs save their seats and talk without wearing masks. Please post some papers asking their manner improvement, or expand the break room.

I’d like a coin locker in the 2nd break room. It is inconvenient that I have to bring all the stuff.

The break room is set up to provide a temporary break space for users of the International Freight Area, and is not intended to be used as a base for users. Please understand that all users carry their own personal belongings and meals with them.

Some security staffs use the 2nd break room like their office and they do not turn off their wireless. They might not have their office, but I don't feel comfortable with it. I would like a ladies break room.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As a result of the investigation, we found a security company had the staff so we asked them not to do something like other people feel uncomfortable. We refurbished the 2nd break room in March 2022, and posted some requests for users on the wall to improve manners. We have a ladies break room on the 3rd floor of the 2nd agent bldg, and refurbished it as well, so you can use them more comfortably.

We have been improving employee relaxing rooms and shower rooms and introduced trial office deli. Since the refreshment space is necessary for employees, we will consider it further.

Want to top up Nankai Bus Nacchi Card in Cargo Area

After we talked with Nankai Bus, we received this answer. "In the cargo area, it is difficult to decide the location and install the charging machine because customers are used at each bus stop. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please use the charging machine on the bus.”

Want an elevator on the other side of the Agent Building.

We would like to consider it with future facility renovation.

If it rains, the floor becomes slippery in Skywalk. Want it to be made of non-slip material. Or if there is a rain shield, that would be good.

Want a cashless vending machine. Carrying coins just for the vending machine.

We have informed vending machine operators that there is a demand for cashless vending machines in Cargo Area. We are going to request cashless vending machine in the place where the demand is relatively high. We appreciate it if you could let us know which vending machine you are pointing out. 

Please renovate the relaxing room of Agent Building No.3. Chairs and desks are deteriorated. 

We considered your idea and refurbished the 2nd break room and ladies break room in March 2022.

Please install an escalator between Nankai bus stop and KIX Station.

We are in Export Warehouse No.1. and drivers outside often ask us directions.

We made a map for truck drivers and posted on our website "CARGO KIX". Plus we made 3 new maps in the cargo area and you can see the detailed map by scanning QR code.

There is no signal of au or Softbank in the Island 2. We are having troubles since Flight Radar App can’t be used.

Please install alcohol disinfection at restrooms.

Alcohol disinfectant is installed at the entrance from outside and at the entrance of the relaxing rooms, and each company install them at the entrance by themselves. Now we don’t install alcohol disinfectant at restrooms since we believe people wash hands properly in the restrooms. If we receive many similar requests, we will consider it.  

Please install eaves at Gate 55. When we pass I/D card, rains come in and we get wet.

It will take time but let us consider it. 

Please install a vending machine for freshly ground coffee in relaxing room.
And please expand the floor of the relaxing room since it is full. 

・We discussed with the vendor about the cup type vending machine, but it’s discontinued due to sanitary problems. We will expand varieties such as by introducing office Glico.
・As for the relaxing room at Agent Building No.2., we are currently reducing the number of seats in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and it may be full sometimes. We will increase the number of seats when the situation gets better.

Please install restrooms in the second parking lot in front of the fueling area. Cadillac closes in the evening, and we have no choice but to go to a convenience store, and it’s troublesome to find a place to park a truck.
