The high-speed ferry departs from and arrives at the pier at the ferry terminal.
From Kobe Airport to KIX
Customers coming from Terminal 1
Purchase a ferry ticket at the high-speed ferry ticket counter (located on the 1st floor of Terminal 1) and take the bus departing from bus stop 12 on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
Customers coming from Terminal 2
Purchase a ferry ticket at the high-speed ferry ticket counter (located outside of the T2 Int. arrival lobby) and take the shuttle bus for the Port Terminal.
It is banned to go to the pier at Kansai airport, the high-speed ferry departs from and arrives at, by cars including taxi and on foot.
For passengers using the high-speed ferry
Please take the shuttle bus to go to and come from the pier at the ferry terminal.
The location of the shuttle bus stop is written on “Bus Stop to Ferry Terminal” part below and the timetable is on the ferry operator’s official website.

For customers dropping off and picking up passengers using the high-speed ferry
Passengers using the high-speed ferry take the shuttle bus to go to and come from the pier at the ferry terminal because it is banned to go to the pier by cars including a taxi and on foot.
The shuttle bus departs from and arrives at the bus stop of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, so please drop off and pick up passengers at the Terminal buildings.

Inter-terminal Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle bus runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 from AEROPLAZA. (Travel time: 7–9 minutes)
From Terminal 1 / Kansai Airport Station → To Terminal 2
From Terminal 2 → To Terminal 1 / Kansai Airport Station
