At the Kansai International Airport's directly managed Duty Free pre-order website, you can book cosmetics, alcohol, cigarettes, home appliances and souvenir snacks such as Shiroi Koibito and Tokyo Banana!
- Duty free website reservations can be made from 25 days to 1 day before by 5pm of your departure date*1!
- Don't have to queue up at checkout, you can simply pick up your order at the dedicated reservation counter!
- Register as a new member and get an additional 3% OFF the tax-free price!
- More than 10,000 products are available and if reserved online, collect all at 1 location.
- Payment can be made by credit card*2, including UnionPay card, ALIPAY and WechatPay!
*1 For late night and early morning flights (departures and arrivals between midnight and 7am), you can reserve up to 2 days before by 5pm of your departure date.
*2 Currently, credit card payment is only available in-store. Please note that online payment is not available.
