Where can I pick up the luggage I sent to the airport?

You can pick up your luggage at JAL ABC or Kansai Airport Baggage Service on the 4th floor of Terminal 1, or at Kansai Airport Baggage Service on the 1st floor. If the company name is not listed on the slip, please ask directly at the counter.
