Alert on fake social media posts about new coronavirus

As concerns are growing over a new coronavirus outbreak in China, some fake posts are going viral saying that a passenger from Wuhan with a fever has escaped from the Kansai Airport quarantine. We checked with the quarantine office and confirmed that this is an outright lie.

People are strongly advised to be on alert for potential fake news whose source is not reliable.
