Major Renewal of the Domestic Area
The domestic area has undergone a major renewal in phase 1 of the renovation to offer you
more comfort and enjoyment before boarding. There is a new food court,
in the landside area, and smart lanes have been installed to allow multiple passengers
to go through the security check at one time.
The commercial space in the airside area has been expanded significantly to accommodate
6 new shops and restaurants offering a taste of Kansai, and the new domestic lounge, KANSAI.

consolidated into the South area on the second floor. 6 smart lanes have been installed at the
security checkpoint to reduce congestion and for hassle-free hand luggage inspection.
