A Telephone Interpreting Service “KIX-fan” starts its service on 9th August 2010.
It is available on telephones installed at most shops, restaurants and information counters in Passenger Terminal Building and Aeroplaza, by three-way communication with a customer, an airport staff and an online interpreter.
“KIX-fan” helps us to provide our customers with a better quality of service to meet their demands.
