Osaka Airport Winery Second and Third Stage Exam Preparation Courses
The world’s first in-airport winery, “Osaka Airport Winery,” will be holding Second and Third Stage Exam Preparation Courses for the Sommelier and Wine Expert certifications.
Continuing from the First Stage Exam Preparation Course held from February to August, courses to prepare for the Second and Third Stage Exams will be held. Even those who did not attend our school’s First Stage Exam Preparation Course can enroll in the course.
Tasting of 12 types of wine and 37 types of hard liquor will be conducted as preparation for both sommeliers and wine experts. Furthermore, for sommelier students, we will also be covering the art of decanting and essay writing as preparation for the Third Stage Exam.
The instructor for this course is Michiaki Osawa who has long standing experiences as a sales manager of a Wine Porter and wine selector. He is a specialist who has continued this course for over 10 years in Japan and trained more than 300 sommeliers.
In order to participate, you need to apply in advance. (Application deadline: September 2, 2019 (Monday))
