Limited invitation to a preview of the renovated Osaka International Airport Central Area just prior to its opening
The Osaka International Airport is under full-scale renovation.
Prior to the opening scheduled on April 18, 2018, we invite you to a preview of the renovated airport to provide you with the opportunity to enjoy shopping and dining at new shops and restaurants in the airport.
Date and time: ① From 11:00 or ② From 14:00 on Saturday, April 14, 2018 (Select either one.)
What participants can expect: Enjoy shopping and dining at the shops and restaurants to be opened in the renovated airport. (Some shops and restaurants are excluded.)
Capacity: A total of 2,000 people
Application period: From Tuesday, February 20 until 23:59 on Sunday, March 11, 2018
Application procedure: Only those who agree with the "Conditions and Precautions" below can apply using the Application Form.
Announcement of winners: Those who have won the preview event will be notified by email no later than Friday, March 23.
Fee: Free of charge
※A 1,000 yen discount coupon that is valid only on the day of the preview event will be issued. (See the "Conditions and Precautions" about the eligibility for the discount.) Only cash is accepted for payment of the remaining amount.

Conditions and Precautions:
・A person can apply for the preview event only once. No change will be accepted after the application.
・Applicants (or the representative of a group of applicants) must be 20 years of age or older.
・Up to five people per application is allowed. One adult can accompany one child under the age of three.
・Each participant is issued with a 1,000 yen discount coupon. No discount coupon will be issued to accompanying children.
・Payment must be made with the discount coupon or cash. No credit cards can be used.
・Some items on the menus and some goods may be unavailable, and some shops and restaurants are excluded from the preview event.
・If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, participants will be chosen by lot. When we are unable to contact applicants due to incomplete application information (no email address, etc.), such applicants will become ineligible.
・Entitlement to participate in the preview event may not be transferred to another person.
・The preview event may be covered by our company's website or other media without a prior notice.
・On the day of the preview event, newspapers and other media may cover or report the event, and you may appear on the media.
・If you are a nuisance to others or disobey to the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave the event.
・In the case of a disaster or when there is a risk of interfering airport operation, the preview event may be changed or cancelled without a prior notice.
・Personal information provided in the application form will be under strict control and used solely for the operation and management of the event. All the personal information provided will be properly disposed of after the event. For our personal information handling practices, see the "Kansai Airports Protection of Personal Information."
・The applicants will be notified of their application results via email by Friday, March 23, 2018. We are unable to respond to individual inquiries about the results.
