Italian cuisine made with specially selected ingredients from the local Senshu (South Osaka) region, including fresh seafood and crisp vegetables in season. For lunches we offer meals with a salad bar, for dinners we have a wide range of alcoholic drinks including Italian wines and beers with small dishes at reasonable prices to be enjoyed casually in a bar style; individual customers are welcome.
Authentic Italian-style carbonara, made with only cheese and egg — no cream — for a rich, flavorful pasta dish. The browned onion adds a unique and deliciously sophisticated finishing touch.
