Group Check-In Counters are located in the center, and at the northern and southern ends of the 4th floor. Those participating in group tours should check in here.

The DoCoMo World Counter offers information regarding DoCoMo's international mobile services "World Walker" and "World Wing".

This counter accepts returns of DoCoMo rental phones.

What Are KDDI Super World Cards?
KDDI Super World Cards are pre-paid phone cards for international and domestic use. They can be used within Japan, and from 70 regions overseas, to make international calls to 230 regions around the world. They can also be used to make local calls within Japan, the USA and 40 other regions worldwide.

CIQ PR Room
CIQ PR Room - 4th floor center, back
The CIQ PR Room is located at the back of the floor. CIQ is short for Customs, Immigration and Quarantine. The CIQ PR room introduces items that you are not allowed to bring into Japan and other countries, items that need to undergo special procedures to be imported, and a variety of other useful information for overseas travelers in the form of pamphlets and displays. Entrance is free of charge.
