Information Center - 2nd floor North
The Information Center coordinates all airport information services. The Center can help with everything from information concerning flights, access, and airport facilities, to accepting lost children, and lending wheelchairs, pushchairs and blankets.

Information Center Staff
The friendly staff who work in the Information Center, the Information Counters, and the Telephone Center are happy to help with any inquiries. Female staffs are easily recognizable by their yellow uniforms, and male staff by their grey jackets with a yellow line on their collar.

Information Counters - 1st floor North & South/2nd floor center/4th floor center, North & South/International Gate Area Center
There are a total of eight Information Counters. There are two on the 1st floor of the Passenger Terminal Building; one in the center of the 2nd floor; three on the 4th floor, and two at the main buliding of International Gate Area. The Information Counters are easily identifiable by their (?) marks. Please make use of the Counters if you have any questions at KIX. The friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Kansai International Airport Information Center (Telephone Center)
The Telephone Center handles all phone inquiries related to KIX. It operates 24 hours a day, and responds to requests for information regarding flights, facilities, airport access, and lost property. *NB For inquiries regarding ticket bookings, seat availability and property lost on-board aircraft, please contact the relevant airline.

Tourist Information Center
Travel Desk - 1st floor center
Domestic and International Travel Information
The Travel Desk deals with JTB domestic and international travel. The Travel Desk has a wide range of pamphlets. Why not plan your next vacation here? Aside from air and rail travel options, tickets for a variety of attractions including Univeral Studios Japan™ are available. Applications are available by phone. Feel free to contact the Travel Desk for all your travel-related inquiries.
Hotel Reservations and Transportation Tickets
Accepts reservations for hotels close to the airport and also sells transport tickets for the JR, Nankai, and Kintetsu railways, limousine buses, highway buses, and high-speed ferry among others. Tickets for Universal Studios Japan™ and international phone cards are also available.

Kansai Tourist Information Center - 1st floor center
A handy source of information for overseas tourists. The Center offers maps and pamphlets regarding the larger Kansai area, local tourist spots, traditional festivals, events, restaurants, and shops. Information is available in English, Chinese, and other languages. Help with hotel reservations is also avaliable.
