Information Center Staff
The friendly staff who work in the Information Center, the Information Counters, and the Telephone Center are happy to help with any inquiries. Female staffs are easily recognizable by their yellow uniforms, and male staff by their grey jackets with a yellow line on their collar.

There are a total of eight Information Counters. There are two on the 1F of the Terminal 1 Building; one in the center of the 2F; three on the 4F, and two at the main buliding of International Gate Area. The Information Counters are easily identifiable by their (?) marks. Please make use of the Counters if you have any questions at KIX. The friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

The Telephone Center handles all phone inquiries related to KIX. It operates 24 hours a day, and responds to requests for information regarding flights, facilities, airport access, and lost property. *NB For inquiries regarding ticket bookings, seat availability and property lost on-board aircraft, please contact the relevant airline.

Tourist Information Center

Kansai Tourist Information Center Kansai Airport

A tourist information counter for travelers visiting the Kansai region. We offer tourist information for Kansai and the rest of Japan in English, Chinese, and Korean. We also sell train tickets for foreign travelers as well as tickets for other transportation services.
We can make reservations for hotels all over Japan, and we sell admission tickets to Universal Studios Japan®.

Tourist Information Center Kanku-Machidokoro

  • Tourist Information Center Kanku-Machidokoro

Provides local tourist information and lodging/transportation information in multiple languages to international and domestic customers using the Terminal 2 Building. (Some information is introduced via video) Also exhibits and sells specialty products of the local city of Izumisano.
