Information Center Main Services
The Information Center coordinates all airport information services. The Center can help with everything from information concerning flights, access, and airport facilities, to accepting lost children, and lending wheelchairs, pushchairs and blankets.

All information center inquiries, will be directed first to an automatic answering service. Follow the audio directions for information regarding the service you require.
Inquiries regarding Lost Property
The place where you should inquire about lost property will differ according to where the item in question was lost, but feel free to phone the Information Center.
Make a call to Kansai International Airport Information on +81(0)72-455-2500. If you are at the airport, either ask at the Information Center on the North side of the 2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal Building, or any of the Information Counters located on each floor. If you have lost an item outside the area that the Kansai Airport Co Ltd is responsible for, we can still provide you with contact information for the relevant authorities.
