Baggage Storage
There are temporary storage facilities for carry-on baggage at the northern and southern ends of the 1st and 4Fs. The northern counters are operated by Kansai Airport Baggage Service, and the southern counters are operated by JAL ABC.
It is 620 yen to leave a suitcase for one day, 360 yen for a Boston bag, 1,030 yen to leave a coat for 4 days or less (from the 5th day, 210 yen is added per day), and large items such as surfboards may be left for 1,030 yen a day.
Baggage Delivery Service
Baggage Delivery from Your Home to the Airport
Counters are located at the southern and northern ends of the 4F (International Departures) of the Terminal 1 Building.
These counters offer a pick up service for carry-on baggage. (This service enables you to have your baggage delivered from your house to the airport. Please book with each company over the phone 3 to 4 days before your flight.)
The locations of each company's counter as well as contact details for making reservations and inquiries are shown below.
There are no counters for this service in the Terminal 2 Building, so please pick up your bags from the counters in the Terminal 1 Building.
Baggage Delivery from the Airport
Counters are located at the southern and northern ends of the 1F (International Arrivals) of the Terminal 1 Building.These counters offer a delivery service for your suitcases and the souvenirs that you brought back from overseas.
The locations of each company's counter as well as contact details for making reservations and inquiries are shown below.
Baggage Wrapping Service
The baggage wrapping service wraps your important suitcases and other checked baggage with a special film that protects it from trouble including damage, being soiled, water leakage, being opened, and stolen contents.

Porter Service
When departing, we can help you from the airport train station, parking lot, or hotel to the airline counter.
When arriving, we will carry your baggage for you from the arrival gate.
The basic charge in Terminal 1 Building is 420 yen. Please contact us for usage to the train station or parking lot and for any other matters.
Porter service is not available in Terminal 2 Building.
To use this service, a prior reservation is required by 11 AM the previous day.
Please understand that we may also be forced to refuse your reservation when the service is fully booked.

Coin Lockers
Coin lockers are available in Terminal 1 Building, Terminal 2 Building, and Aeroplaza.
Hourly coin lockers and daily coin lockers are available according to your needs.

Baggage Carts


Small Baggage Carts
Around 2,500 baggage carts are available within Terminal 1 and 2 Buildings, at the airport train station and in the parking lots.
Baggage carts can be used within terminal buildings between certain points. For departures, carts can be picked up at the train station, parking lots or bus and taxi stops and must be dropped off in front of the security check station. For arrivals, carts can be picked up at baggage claim and must be dropped off at the train station, parking lots or bus and taxi stops.
Around 180 small baggage carts are available past the immigration screening station in the international departure area in Terminal 1 Building.
Feel free to use these baggage carts.
<Notes on using baggage carts>
- Carts cannot be taken into the Dining Court Machiyakoji or Renga Toro on the 2F or the restaurant area on the 3F of Terminal 1 Building. Please check your baggage temporarily on the first or 4F or use the coin lockers on the 2F.
- Keep your eye on your baggage at all times.
- Return baggage carts to a designated area after you are finished with them.
- You are responsible for your use of baggage carts.
